This season: Lovell in RICHARD III and Duke in TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA. Previously for SATTF: KING LEAR, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM, MEASURE FOR MEASURE, TWELFTH NIGHT, THE WINTER'S TALE, ANTONY & CLEOPATRA, JULIUS CAESAR. Peter has also been a part of the creative team for the award winning Derren Brown television series. He also co-created and co-directed the sell out tour and Westend run “Derren Brown – Live”.

Workshops
Due to high demand, we have extended our annual Season Workshops to run over two terms. Students can join any time until the end of January 2014 and the courses run over Saturday mornings until the beginning of May 2014.
Our professional actors work with workshop participants to encourage, stimulate and inspire them to participate in the unique world of theatre. The young people and children will work with members of the company to devise their own performance for the end of the Shakespeare season.
Participants of SATTF's Season Workshops are encouraged to embrace the ethos of the company: commitment, respect, and a professional attitude. We hope they'll create new friendships and learn from one another, while developing valuable skills and a love of theatre.
Workshop Director, Chris Donnelly:
"The 2012 and 2013 SATTF workshops have begun and
there have already been lots of interesting things to come out of them. After warming up the body, voice and then the imagination
via some games, we have developed a style of letting the group improvise
various scenarios, usually stemming from their own ideas, some of which we will
then develop further. From these we will eventually find a theme that links them together, from which we will eventually make a play. This play will be performed on the main Tobacco Factory stage on the final day of the Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory season.' .jpg)

About SATTF
Shakespeare at the Tobacco Factory (SATTF) is one of the leading professional producers of Shakespeare in the U.K. From our inception fourteen years ago, we have mounted annual, two-play spring seasons of Shakespeare (and others) at our home in Bristol's most exciting studio theatre. The 2013 Season of - Richard III and Two Gentlemen of Verona directed by Andrew Hilton - was incredibly well received and another resounding success.
Suitable for ages 13 – 18 years.
